Jean-Pierre Dupuy is Professor of French and Political Science, Stanford University, and Professor Emeritus of Social and Political Philosophy, Ecole Polytechnique (France). He is also founding Director of CREA (Research Group on Applied Epistemology), Ecole Polytechnique, and was recently elected to the French Academy of Technology.
René Girard is a member of the Académie Française, the American Academy of Arts and Sciences, and is Andrew B. Hammond Professor Emeritus, Stanford University.
Jack Miles is Distinguished Professor of English and Religious Studies at the University of California, Irvine. Pulitzer Prize (1996) for God: A Biography, and a recipient of the MacArthur Fellowship.
W. J. T. Mitchell is Gaylord Donnelley Distinguished Service Professor of English and Art History at the University of Chicago, and Editor-in-Chief, since 1978, of the interdisciplinary journal, Critical Inquiry.
Gianni Vattimo is Professor of Theoretical Philosophy, University of Turin (Italy), and was a member of the European Parliament from 1999-2004. He has held visiting professorships and fellowships at Yale, UCLA, NYU, and Stanford.
